王文，男，1994年8月生，湖南衡阳人，土木工程博士，讲师。
教学方面：主讲《BIM技术应用》课程，立足土木数字化发展需求，融科研于教学，重点培养员工的工程实践与创新应用能力。
研究方向：主要开展深部资源开采、工程地质灾害防护相关研究，聚焦深部岩体爆破机理、储层渗透性改造、边坡锚杆预应力损失机理等研究内容。
